I've been a customer for some time now and I am always delighted with my order from Pipers. Everything is delivered exactly when it's supposed to be. The meat is first class and the customer service extremely good. Irecently had a wee blip with a haggis skin but it I got a lovely reply from Liz and £10 off my next order. Excellent customer service. Thank you Liz.

This farm may not be the cheapest supplier of meat but it is one of the highest quality suppliers. The taste of all it's products is to travel back in time. I am 75 and can remember the quality of meat mother bought from our local butcher. Quality outlasts quantity. you get what you pay for.

Very happy with my meat order, fast delivery and excellent eco-friendly sheeps wool packaging. Eating less but better quality meat reared to the highest welfare standards is very important to me, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Pipers food is just the best my family have eaten. Superb flavour and quality, choice of cuts and delivery. Customer service is also exceptional.

I had a asked for a really complicated delivery at Christmas, and they went the extra mile to make sure of the deliveries. Their meat is as high quality as their service, my relatives all commenting on the amazing flavours.

I have been using Pipers Farm for a while now for my meat deliveries. The produce is always well packed and delivery on time.
All their products are top class. The meat is very tasty and the recipe ideas really useful. We have been introduced to some cuts of meat we have never had before! Also some new cheeses.
I am very happy to support Pipers Farm.

We have ordered Pipers Farm products now for two Christmases. We went first for the company ethics - all free range, grass fed, with eco packaging. We were worried at first by the meats being frozen, but every meat we have tried has been absolutely delicious. Tastes as they ought to be! Well worth the expense.

We ordered a fresh turkey 6.4 kilo, and pigs in blankets and streaky bacon! The turkey was expensive but after eating it. Best turkey we ever eaten also bacon and blankets very nice.There was a issue with communication from dpd! on the day of delivery message came at 10 am said it won't come 22 Dec and would be delivered 23 Dec.Tthen I got another text saying in will be there 1 hr later on the 22 Dec.Was all chilled and wrapped well. I think the delivery issues was down to all delivery companies but it's no excuse dpd are mainly on time. Would definitely order again. It would have been a different review if it was a day later when all said and done it's chilled food.

Sorry only 3stars this year due to the appalling service of DPD.Turkey and gammon arrived after a number of days in transit.The gammon was completely defrosted and Turkey was not at all chilled.We decided not to consume the Turkey due to warm conditions it was kept and arrived in. Such a disappointment as last years Turkey was the best we have ever eaten.
I have received a full refund and a very apologetic email from Pipers explaining the delivery situation was entirely at fault with DPD.
Hope the delivery problems can be resolved for next year . I really like to support this family run business as their products are always of such high quality and absolutely delicious.

The Tor Whitelake Goats cheese, the Eve Whitelake Goats cheese and the Bix cheese were all delicious and the Petit Fantet Rouge wine was lovely. DHL delivered right on time. Customer Service can't be faulted and I will definitely be buying from Pipers Farm again.

DPD delivered my order 2 days late However pipers farm did all they could and I cannot hold them responsible at all. Although I had to discard some of the products those I used were excellent. I was promptly issued with a refund for some products and a voucher for the inconvenience and an apology. I would definitely use them again. I feel very sorry that they were let down by DPD, life is hard enough in this environment without that.

Yes we had problems but not down to you.DPD let you down. Thank you so much for our lamb yes we had to have it early due to being defrosted. It was the best lamb we have ever had. Only thing left was string. We will come back your products are the best we have ever eaten.

Goose arrived beautifully packaged and prepped with fat trimmed and fresh herbs (much superior to Waitrose last year) and was delicious. Beef also very good. Although it was a bit later than original delivery date it arrived in plenty of time for Xmas. Will definitely order again.

Food order received on time and well packaged. Had free range stuffed Chicken on Christmas Day which was delicious and even though we received the wrong cut of lamb it was really tasty and Pipers were apologetic and refunded the cost as soon as they were made aware. Great Customer Service and will definitely order from here again

The service and meat products are lovely Unfortunately DPD did not deliver our turkey despite Pipers Farm trying to ensure it did get delivered.The staff at Pipers Farm were very apologetic and issued a full refund and a gift to compensate us.I can't fault the effort of the staff at Pipers farm...DPD have been dreadful.I would...unless delivery issues next year...still order again .
